According to the document, the President of the United States is ordered to provide Kiev with ATACMS missiles. It also implies the allocation of $61 billion, including $23 billion to replenish US arsenals.
The bill now goes to the Senate for a vote.
After which it will be sent to the US President for signature.
Once signed by the president, it will come into force.
